I qualified with a Diploma in Acupuncture from The Acupuncture Foundation in Dublin, having trained under highly respected traditional Chinese medicine teachers including Professor Jin Huide, Dr Jidong Wu and Dr Fanyi Meng. I subsequently completed a clinical internship in the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine, in Hanoi, Vietnam. During my internship in Vietnam I was lucky enough to gain experience in treating a wide variety of conditions, whilst working in a clinical setting alongside doctors who were trained in both western and traditional medicine.

I developed a strong interest in the adjunct hands on therapy Tui Na, and also qualified from The Institute of Natural Medicine Ireland with a Diploma in Tui Na. During this training I completed 250 clinical hours in a busy Tui Na clinic in Dublin and was again lucky enough to gain much valuable experience treating many conditions including pain, injuries, stress and fertility.

I have also trained with the Upledger Institute as a Craniosacral Therapist and I am currently a Teaching Assistant with Upledger Ireland.

I have subsequently completed trainings in Women's Health and Fertility, Diploma's in Chinese Herbalism, Breathwork, and training in Advanced Shamanic Practices.

In my treatments I combine my therapies depending on the individual needs of the person. I regularly run various workshops and events, to bring people together in a community where they can learn ways to help and empower themselves on their healing journey, and meet other like minded people.

I opened Nádúr Wellness Centre in August 2020 and I am a member of the AFPA (Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association). Acupuncture treatments are approved and reimbursable with healthcare insurance providers.
