Welcome, my name is Ann Marie McGrath, and I am a therapist based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. I offer a combination of therapies including Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Herbal Medicine, and Tui Na.
My approach is supportive and individualised, recognising that physical health, emotional wellbeing, and nervous system balance are closely connected. Treatments are tailored to each person and may combine different therapies where appropriate, with care, consent, and comfort always at the centre of each session.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Yes. All therapies are gentle and provided in a professional, supportive environment. I adapt each treatment to your comfort, needs, and current health conditions.
Yes. All of the therapies can support a fertility journey. Fertility acupuncture is the most commonly used treatment and may be combined with other therapies depending on your individual needs.
Support can include both female and male reproductive health, whether trying to conceive naturally or alongside assisted fertility treatments such as IVF. These therapies may help support:
- Cycle regulation
- Hormonal balance
- Circulation and vitality
- Stress reduction and nervous system regulation
A session usually begins with a conversation to understand your health, concerns, and goals.
Treatment is then tailored to you, using the therapy or combination of therapies most appropriate. You may feel very relaxed, or more mobile after treatment. Some changes can happen immediately, while others may take a few sessions to notice.
The number of sessions depends on your individual needs, the condition being treated, and your overall goals. Some people notice benefits after a single session, while others find a short course of treatments more effective.
Treatments are gentle and supportive
- Acupuncture uses very fine needles and most people feel minimal discomfort.
- Tui Na pressure is adapted to your comfort, ranging from gentle to firmer techniques.
- Craniosacral Therapy is very light touch and deeply relaxing.
Your comfort is always the priority.
Yes. Acupuncture, Tui Na, Craniosacral Therapy, and Herbal Medicine can often be used alongside conventional medical care.
If you are under medical treatment or taking medication, we will discuss how therapies can complement your care safely.
Yes. All of the therapies can be used to support babies, children, and teenagers.
Craniosacral Therapy is often the most suitable for younger clients, as it is very gentle and can work at a deeper level than Acupuncture (including Shonishin – paediatric acupuncture) or Tui Na.
I do not offer Shamanic healing as a stand-alone treatment. However, my Shamanic training is integrated into how I work.
Shamanic healing is often misunderstood. It is one of the oldest forms of psychology and is used to support emotional and spiritual wellbeing alongside other therapies.
You can book by contacting me on (086) 362 1777. You can call or text. If I am unable to answer, please leave a voicemail and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session I will require 24 hours’ notice, as this allows me time to offer the appointment to another client.
Late cancellations or missed session without proper notice may incur a cancellation fee.
